This residential building is located in a compact district directly adjacent to the railway station. It unites a wide range of floor plans, from two-storey studios through single-storey flats to two-storey flats on the top floor. The tightly packed building accommodates a total of 28 freehold flats. The new build’s response to the huge neighbouring office building, with its monotonous façade, is expressive bays on the corners of the building. They clearly state: this is where people live, not work. The roof of the bay at the bottom forms the balcony of the respective flat above. This playful appearance of the façade means there is also diversity in the layout.
